Home Buyer's Tax Credit - The home buyer's tax credit has been extended and expanded!  First time home buyers now have until April 30, 2010 to purchase a new home and receive up to $8,000 in Federal income tax credit.  The Home Buyer's credit has also been expanded to include a tax credit for move up buyers of up to $6,500!  A "New Home Buyer" is defined as someone who has not owned a home in the last 3 years.  A "Move up Buyer" is defined as someone who has lived in their previous home for at least 5 years.
