As primary owner of Sterling Homes, Maia Johnson puts years of varied experience to work for you. Maia is a licensed Attorney, Residential Builder and Real Estate Broker with experience in all aspects of the building process. She will work with you to create the perfect home for your family, whether it is from one of our hundreds of existing plans, changing or adjusting a plan to suit your lifestyle, or creating a completely custom home design to fulfill your dreams.  She can also help you research and acquire property on which to build your new home. Longstanding relationships with modular manufacturers mean Maia can assist you with available floor plans, options and features to put together the home of your dreams.
